Who hasn’t heard Save Your Tears? It is one of the best songs from The Weeknd. After a teaser, The Weeknd has finally released the remix of Save Your Tears with Ariana Grande from his blockbuster album After Hours.

A refreshing spin to Save Your Tears by The Weeknd and Ariana Grande

Abel Tesfaye aka The Weeknd has dropped the latest animated video of his previously released song Save Your Tears. The best part about this music video spinoff is that it features Ariana Grande.

And this remix is one of the most gorgeous additions to their musical careers. Ariana’s husky voice adds a punch with Abel Tesfaye’s soft vocals making this song a treat all over again.

The animated music video

The video is an eye-popping and dreamlike vivified treatment with renderings of the two artists that were directed by Jack Brown and produced by Blinkink. The video plays into the Twilight After Hours subject and storyline — we see the red-jacketed character, there’s additionally the repetitive component of execution — yet is a greater amount of an impromptu creation on it than an improvement of the storyline.

Save Your Tears by the Weeknd and Ariana Grande lyrics

Met you once under a Pisces moon
I kept my distance ’cause I know that you
Don’t like when I’m with nobody else
I couldn’t help it, I put you through hell

I don’t know why I run away (ooh x5)
Oh boy, I’ll make you cry when I run away

The original music video

The Weeknd released the original music video of Save Your Tears three months ago that also depicts a story of heartbreak. The video seems to be telling is that nobody truly shows their true selves anymore. Everyone is wearing a mask of some sort.

This collaboration marks the third time the Weeknd and Ariana have collaborated. Previously they worked on Ariana Grande’s song Off the Table. And then Abel’s 2014 song “Love Me Harder.” This also marked his first collaboration with Max Martin, the most successful songwriter-producer of the past 25 years.

Save Your Tears is one of the most successful songs from one of the most widely received albums of the past decade.
