Yumna Zaidi receives an honorary award from COAS General Bajwa

Yumna Zaidi, the queen of Pakistani entertainment, has been awarded an unusual prize by Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Gen Qamar Javed Bajwa.

The actress expressed her thanks on Instagram after getting the special award and treated followers to her incredible achievement.

The actress captions the post, “At GHQ. I am extremely honored to receive this special trophy by COAS Gen Qamar Jawad Bajwa.”

The Dar Si Jati Hai Sila actress has received a lot of love from her fans, who believe Zaidi is a “deserving” winner of this award.

Previously, the celebrated actress explained how she dropped 10 kg three years ago.

Yumna Zaidi shares her diet regimen

She recently revealed to her admirers the eating regimen she does to stay in shape. Yumna said she vacations in the United States every year for six months, and her breakfast consists of two parathas and fried eggs, followed by parathas and curries in the afternoon, and chana chaat, yogurt, and green tea in the evening. She eats nothing but rice during dinner.

Yumna Zaidi’s diet plan

In terms of the diet plan, she would follow in Pakistan, the actress stated that she will wake up in the morning, drink a glass of warm water mixed with lemon, and perform a half-hour full-body workout.

She eats an apple and 5 almonds for breakfast, lentils and chicken in the afternoon, grapefruit in the evening, chicken tacos, and kebabs, and drinks 3 cups of green tea each day, according to Zaidi.

Yumna Zaidi is a well-known actress who is recognized for her outstanding performance. She is a genuine motivation for aspiring performers because she rose to popularity in such a short period of time.
