“From the time you take your first breath, you become eligible to die. You also become eligible to find your greatness and become the one warrior” – David Goggins

What is your meaning for the spectrum of emotions, how do you deal with it? Not everyone is happy all the time. Every one of us carries something within and has emotional baggage we cannot just get rid of. How would you adapt to the lows of life? What systems do you use to adapt to excruciating thoughts and sentiments? In the event that you see most of the people, at that point, your coping strategies are probably going to incorporate keeping away from the main happening. Diverting or excusing is a typical method to quit any genuine feeling of what you are going through. Anyway through that, you are causing yourself more torment, later on, psychological disturbance and issues. The solution? You always struggle to figure out how to grasp the highs and lows of life, or to figure out how to be all the more ready to feel the entire range of human feelings.

Dodging or getting away from your private emotions, recollections, and physiological responses can shield you from participating in imperative activities and living your maximum capacity. And if you’re not ready to have something, you will not have it, until you work hard on it. Battling against the lows is just fortifying their impact over you, postponing a point later on when they re-emerge and overpower you. Much the same as when you do whatever it takes not to consider something, you consider it significantly more. But sometimes things can change your lifestyle; the way you think also comes in it.  A person whose motivation was very low a few years ago, but he decided to change that and challenged himself to be the best version of his own self. That person is David Goggins and his self-memoir is Can’t Hurt Me: Master Your Mind And Defy The Odds!

To have the will and the unending ability to transcend false boundaries, push ourselves beyond our limits, and achieve greatness in life.

Own the Truth of your Imperfections

No one is perfect in this world and has baggage with themselves. David Goggins shared how he and his mother moved out from their home to escape from his abusive father, he talked about his family and how as a kid he faced racism bullying, and how he used to mask all of this as his insecurities. But now, David openly accepts it and gives everybody the motivation to accept that entire burden and push all of it away. He proclaims that one should always follow the path of ultimate resistance and be brutally honest with yourself in this journey because you cannot tell lies to yourself.

Do All the Things that Make You Uncomfortable

David Goggins also discusses pulling out of military training because of clinical reasons. Determined to have sickle cell infection, he had the decision of remaining focused on his training. Confronted with the primary deterrent that came to his direction, he utilized the reason to stop. David stated, the reminder of having dropped out from Pararescue school discouraged him. Later he sees a commercial for turning into a Navy Seal and understands that there can be answers in torment. David clarifies you should accomplish something that makes you awkward or uncomfortable in any way and something that you would prefer not to do each day.

And whenever you need any motivation you can just open that jar and take out something from it and be motivated to shine again. The purpose is to remind you that based on past victories…nothing is impossible.
